Have you ever found yourself wondering, what is the meaning of your life or what is the reason for your existence?

well, just let me tell you, you are not the only one asking these questions. Late at night when we are left all alone with our thoughts, our minds get flooded with overwhelming thoughts and ideas that we just can't seem to find the answers to. Don't be alarmed by these thoughts. There are quite a few tips that experts and life coaches have coiled together to quiet our racing minds, especially when we can't find the answers we need.
listed below are some tips that I have used to help:

1. Pray to God about how you are feeling.
praying to God is at the top of the list because when we communicate with God we can speak from an honest heart. Also, there is no judgment just commune with God. Mathew 11:28 reminds us "Come unto me, all ye that labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest." Praying and reading your bible guarantees a definite answer.

2. Get up and move your body!
this is literally a game-changer there are a lot of benefits associated with physical movement. these benefits include but are not limited to: improves mood, boost energy, promotes better sleep, etc.

3. Read a new book.
Reading is said to be an adventurous experience because it allows you to travel through time. Reading opens the mind to thinking which means greater imagination.

4. Listen to a podcast
Podcast listening creates new interest and allows you to multitask with whatever you are doing. add that to the list of things to try.

                                                                5. Traveling
Traveling opens our eyes to experiences and cultures that we have never seen before. that is enough to liberate you it will even help you to meet people who will help you to find your purpose in life.

Ride the waves of life, enjoy the journey.

I leave you with this special/personal revelation, finding your purpose in life will lead you to the meaning of your life. It might even require some time away from others to understand who you truly are, why you do the things you do, etc.
