  Starting with  a Vision      All the rumors are true, if you fail to have a vision then you will live another year without  fulfilling  your goals. I have watched the years pass by with many individuals giving up on their journey early   into the start of the new year. Another year slides by and you are still not the person who you aspire to be or t hat you had set out to start working on at the begining of the new year. Well, that was me a few years  ago; falling back into bad eating habits, slacking off on schoolwork, eating junk food, and not holding  myself accountable. The truth of the matter is that old habits die hard.
