Teams have a tendency to work well when there is no personality clash. Grouping a set of people together may not always be ideal, just because some people tend to cause ruption. People always have a hard time determining the leader of a group, this is because of the same problem "Personality" it varies from one to the next and even though a leadership will be assigned group members can share in leadership roles, this is how teams play.
