Working with a team can be quite an experience, but working with the right team will help you to be more open when working with others. Teams have a tendency to work well when there is no personality clash. Grouping a set of people together may not always be ideal, just because some people tend to cause ruption. People always have a hard time determining the leader of a group, this is because of the same problem "Personality" it varies from one to the next and even though a leadership will be

assigned group members can share in leadership roles, this is how teams play.
Creating teamness does not only fall on the shoulders of the leader, as teammates form part of the group. They can create some form of friendship while working together. In everything that we do, there must be some form of plan to execute and do it rightfully. The process where members of the group get to know each other is the transactional process. According to Communicating in Groups and Teams by Gay and Lumsden, "In the transactional process members develop relationships, work through interpersonal issues, and try to create a sense of "teamness".  This builds the bond of the team creating a form of synergy that will allow free flow within the group. No one works well in misery teams are better off with peace and unity.

The next stage of creating an effective team relationship is the task process. "The task process is the stage where members talk about and focus on information and ideas that will help to achieve the goal of the group". Discussion is always essential when in a group. This brings clarity as to what the team's goals are, how to execute them, and allows ease of flow. All teams are different ways of operating, but they all have one thing in common a goal to be met.

It's better to cooperate than leave the group not knowing what you could have achieved together.
