As this year comes to an end, I can't help but extend my gratitude to you all who viewed, comment, and shared my blogpost. I am grateful for each and everyone of you. 


Looking back on this years posts, we covered a lot of topics that were really hard to talk about but we pulled through, that is the greatest thing. If this year has taught us anything it would be to pull through, because things have a way of working out unexpectedly.

Teams have a tendency to work well when there is no personality clash. Grouping a set of people together may not always be ideal, just because some people tend to cause ruption. People always have a hard time determining the leader of a group, this is because of the same problem "Personality" it varies from one to the next and even though a leadership will be assigned group members can share in leadership roles, this is how teams play.
